Rehabilitation Services

A team of physiotherapists and occupational therapists design customised rehabilitation programmes in line with our clinical care plan for each resident. These tailored programmes help residents cope with their disability, provide comfort and support.

A combination of therapies will improve their quality of life, including residents who are suffering from functional impairment, chronic diseases and dementia. Some of these therapies include:
