The Board of Directors comprises Lions Clubs members who serve on a voluntary basis, receiving no renumeration nor benefits. No staff of Lions Home sits on the Board.

Board meetings are held five times a year, excluding the Annual General Meeting. Each committee, chaired by Directors, serves different functions and assume specific responsibilities.
